Alors que vous tentez de vous connecter à Skrill et que cela fait plus de six mois que vous ne vous êtes pas connecté, alors sachez que votre compte a été terminé et que votre argent a été confisqué en tant que frais d’inactivité, peu importe combien, que vous ayez eu 1 centime ou 1 million d’euros. Skrill est malheureusement devenue une escroquerie.

Si vous contactez le support via téléphone, que ce soit le numéro de téléphone français, anglais ou international, vous aurez un message comme quoi ce numéro n’est plus opérationnel.

Si vous contactez le support par email skrill@skrill.com ou merchantservices@skrill.com pour les comptes merchant, vous aurez ces réponses :

Dear sir,

Thank you for your e-mail.

In terms of investigating this issue for you we would like to inform you that your account has been terminated due to inactivity.

For technical purposes, we are not in the position to reopen the account in question

We advise you to create a new personal account with an alternative email address and you will not be charged with receive money fees. However, if you intend to use it for commercial use, please apply for a new merchant account on our site at https://signup.skrill.com/business/#/contact?lang=EN

Should you require further assistance or in case further queries arise, please do not hesitate to contact us again.

After checking your account  we would like to inform you that you have a commercial account in our system and the amount in question was deducted as an Inactivity fee following point 9.2 from our  Merchant Terms and Conditions.

Please note that the fee is strictly deducted from your Skrill balance, if the account was not used for a period of 180 days (6 months), and we do not charge any fees from your registered cards or bank accounts. Have in mind that once your account is down to 0.00 no more fees will be deducted.
